With every breath
In my lungs
I can't give up
You can't too
I need you
I can't be alone
I wanna be home
Here among my belongings
And love
My family is all
I think of
I'm not gonna lie
I can sit here
I cry
ask God why
This is happening to me?
While the snakes are here
All around me
Living careless
Free
My inner light
Still shines
In spite of this turmoil disease
My faith is strong
My body
fading
